Preschool

My daughter has the privilege of going to Bright Beginnings for Pre kindergarten and what an absolute blessing it has been. She has grown so much, both educationally and as a person. We didn’t do preschool so this was my child’s first time in a classroom setting and admittedly I was apprehensive letting her go. She’s never stayed with anyone outside of family since she’s been born. But as it turns out, that statement still holds true because that’s exactly what Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Polkabla have become, family. They have created such a warm and welcoming classroom, and have genuine interest in every child in their class. My daughter looks forward to school so much that she cried due to a snow day cancellation. What they are doing in this program is special and I will always be grateful they laid the foundation for my daughter’s education.

My daughter loves going to Bright Beginnings! Mrs. Jones and Mrs. P are so kind, professional and welcoming. I feel they have created a positive and supportive learning environment. They are always so happy to see the kids, which makes me feel comfortable knowing I’m leaving my daughter in good hands. I feel she has learned so much in the short 6 months she has been there. Specifically, she can now sound out/recognize many letters and numbers, her hand dexterity has improved with drawing, and i feel she has learned more social skills. Communication with the head teacher is easy and done mostly through a secure app, where she will also occasionally send you pictures of the kids. I also love that they’ve done activites like walk to the library, brought in police/firefighter, and have little holiday parties at the end of class that parents can attend. Overall, very happy with this program and would recommend.

From the first time I inquired about registering my son, I was very impressed and made to feel very comfortable! Mrs. Jones did not make me feel rushed and made sure she answered everything very thoroughly. My son, Josiah, had just turned 3 and had never attended daycare or been with sitters before so socialization was one of my top goals. Within the first week of school, Mrs. Jones and Mrs. P knew all the kids’ names and even recognized my son in public (and even called him by name)! The first few weeks were not easy with drop off but the teachers made me feel complete confidence and at ease with reassurances even throughout the day that things were going well. Fast forward a few months and my son is ASKING to go to school and see Mrs. Jones and Mrs. P! He knows all of his friends in his class and loves playing with them. He doesn’t cry at drop off and is eager to tell me what he learned and show me his projects each day. This is by far the most at ease I’ve felt knowing that my son is in such great hands with dedicated, trusted and reliable teachers. My son will definitely be going back in the fall! 🙂

My child has enjoyed Pre-k here so much.  It is a nurturing and fun learning environment.  Teachers are excellent.  Great communication. Affordable.  Safe and clean environment.  I am bummed that she is going to kindergarten next school year because she loves going here so much! 

My oldest son attended the first year this school was open and he went to the pre school program. I have nothing but great things to say about this school, i am so glad i chose Bright Beginnings! The teacher Mrs. Jones is simply amazing and very personable ! She keeps you updated on your child’s progress and behavior! My son has learned so much more than i expected since he started pre school. He knows all of his colors , shapes, days of the week, months of the year , can count to about 20 (and it’s only half way through the year) and so much more! He is identifying letters and numbers as well, and even his name! His fine motor and gross motor skills have also improved so much since he started school. I’m completely impressed and he is learning exactly all the things i hoped for ! I also appreciate he is learning small Bible stories about Jesus and his life, as our family are Christians! He will be attending again this fall for the pre-kindergarten class and my youngest son will attend pre school 🙂 would recommend this pre school & pre kindergarten program over anywhere else!
